I would like to thank my clients for referring me to their friends, family, business colleagues and networks. I have enjoyed organising their travel arrangements. Referrals and testimonials are always welcome and appreciated. The best compliment you can give to me as a Travel Broker is a referral.

Contiki Tour USA
I had a fantastic trip to America, it was very full on but so worth it. It was interesting doing three different types of travel within one trip, being with friends, on the Contiki, and then being by myself.
Thank you so much for organising it all and giving me little tips and pointers of things that I would come across. I would have been very confused and lost with out those. I took so many photos, many of them of random things that took me a while to work out what they were about, had to link them back to where abouts I was that day.
The Contiki Trip was great, I was a bit nervous at first as I knew no one. I found out on the first morning, that the group starting that day were joining up with another Contiki tour, travelling from LA through to New York. But I quickly got over my nervousness and enjoyed it. At times it was a little hard to remember where abouts we were, as we were moving around so much, but it was a great way to see lots of the country and cram lots into the day, definitely worth doing the optional extras even if it meant loosing out on the odd sleep in, I didn’t want to miss out on anything. The Contiki gave me a few glimpses of places that I would like to go back to visit e.g. Washington D.C. and New York. I’d love to go back to California too. Just seemed like there wasn’t enough time to see everything I wanted to, but at the same time its hard to believe the amount of things that I did manage to fit in.

Family Trip to Europe
I would, and have, recommended Kay Gregan to friends and family. She is a warm and friendly person who is a highly capable and experienced travel agent.
In mid-December 2008, our family of five (two parents, two sons 19 and 17 and daughter 13) travelled to London with a stop-over in Dubai. We then stayed a week in Devon with friends, had a day trip to Paris and then ten days in Italy. It was a very special holiday and it was our first long-haul trip as a family. Kay was patient, helpful, always finding out information if she didn’t know the answer, always mindful of keeping to a budget but at the same time assisting us choose places to stay and routes to travel and times to be places that were safe, clean and authentic.
We had a fantastic trip, all the paperwork and ticketing was faultless and when we returned Kay even assisted us with getting a travel insurance claim processed.
Kay had a very professional manner and was generous with her time spent, returning emails when we were deciding on our itinerary and budget, and one-on-one meetings to finalise plans. Kay has very good intuition and I think this makes her special, she was able to relate to each of the members of our family. They felt that she was wanting to ensure each of us had a good time on our holiday to Europe.
